Rachel Hicks began her career in the Ontario dental industry over 11 years ago, working as a dental assistant in general dentistry and orthodontics before moving into dental sales and college teaching. In 2019, she discovered that teeth whitening was being performed legally outside of dental clinics — and her curiosity sparked a mission.

Since then, Rachel has pioneered modern whitening in Canada: opening the country’s first commercial teeth whitening studio, launching a mobile team across Ontario, and building one of the fastest-growing whitening supply companies for dental and hygiene clinics.

With deep experience in both clinical and business settings, Rachel is known for cutting through industry myths and showing professionals how to deliver whitening that is safe, efficient, and profitable. Her core belief? The beauty industry only stepped into whitening because the dental industry wasn’t doing it well enough — and she’s here to change that.
